If you have insurance your insurance company will be billed as per the provider agreement. Depending on your insurance policy and status you may have a Copay and/or Co-insurance.  The Copay and/or Co-insurance is due at the beginning of each session.

If you do not have insurance self-pay options are per the sliding scale below.

If your therapy/sessions are being paid for by another individual (family or friend) the scale will be based on the payers income.

Yearly Household Income Self-pay Prices:

$00,000 to $30,000, $75.00 Per 50 minute session

$30,000 to $50,000, $95.00 Per 50 minute session

$50,000 to $70.000, $110.00 Per 50 minute session

$70,000 to $100,000, $125.00 Per 50 minute session

$100,000 to $150,000 $145.00 Per 50 minute session

Above $150,000, $175.00 Per 50 minute session

Couples up to $125,000, $125.00 Per Session

Couples over $125,000, $160.00 Per Session

Payment is due prior to each session.
