 My life’s journey has included many challenges as well as opportunities.  As I've experienced  grief, loss, trauma, motherhood,  and marriage,  I believe that these  ups and downs of my  life experiences, along with my sincere, empathetic, and compassionate personality, have given me the tools to be able to help you reach your wellness goals.

My work has connected me with  people diagnosed with mental  illnesses, substance use disorders, PTSD, and trauma. I also have experience working with people on the Autism spectrum. I am a creative, compassionate, and caring person ready to support you as you face  life's challenges.

During  our sessions together some modalities  can include; solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy and/or client focused therapy.   This will depend on what works best for you.

I will approach each individual with care and concern, with a desire to help them identify their strengths and build on those strengths within a supportive, non-judgmental, and empathic environment.
